The UPCI moved to a new digital application process in early 2023 which is much easier and efficient. This will be our first year in Oklahoma of utilizing the new process.
The website to access the portal is wa.upci.org. As a licensed minister you will use your UPCI login to sign on to the portal.
Essentially, if you as a pastor are sponsoring someone in your church to apply for license, you will start the process for them at this portal by clicking on the Ministers tab and clicking Ministers Application. As the sponsoring pastor, you will click Start Ministers Application, which will then be forwarded to the applicant to complete. When completed, the application will be forwarded back to you to review and approve, and then be forwarded to the District Secretary. This all takes place digitally which makes it super efficient.
If you are already a licensed minister seeking to upgrade your credentials, you will use your UPCI login to sign on to the portal, click on the Ministers tab and click Ministers Application and complete the application, which will then be forwarded to your pastor to review and approve, and then be forwarded to the District Secretary.

Completed applications must be sent to District Secretary no later than January 20, 2024.
